What you send
One phone photo from where you usually sit. A wall, an old fireplace, a counter, a corner. Blinds open, lights on, nothing tidied.
See it in my space
The fastest way to find out whether this is for you. Take one photo of the spot from where you would see it most, answer four questions about depth, heat and water, and send it. We place the right Optimyst unit in the picture, label it as a concept, and reply with the unit at Dimplex's list price and a range for the build. Usually within a couple of days. No obligation, no sales calls unless you ask for one.
What you get back
An example pair. On the left, the kind of photo people send; on the right, what comes back: the fire placed where it would go, made from Dimplex's product photos of the unit, labelled as a concept, with a range for the build. The example room is itself a render, so nobody's living room is on this site.

The same room with the unit that fits (here, a Linear in a new section of wall under the TV), a note on why that unit, and a range: the unit at list price, the build as a bracket, and what a site visit would confirm.
See it in my space
Wall, opening, counter or corner: whichever it is. Guess at the questions if you have to; they only steer which unit we draw in.

What happens next
You get the picture back with the fire where it would go, and a note on why that unit: depth, heat, water. Labelled as a concept, because it is one.
You get a range for the build that fits, and a plain list of what a site visit would confirm: panel, water, drafts, what's behind the wall.
If you want to go on, we come and measure, and you get one fixed price on a drawing. Nothing is ordered until you say yes to it. How pricing works.
